Wages for Yacht Crew largely depend on a number of factors: size of vessel, type of program, private/charter and overall use of the boat (single vs. dual season).

Our placement fee for yacht crew is equal to one month of the candidate’s gross salary, payable upon successful hire and completion of all background checks.
