At the moment, Executive Housekeepers are in remarkably high demand!
On average a full-time Executive Housekeeper can cost anywhere from $45-$75/hour - with many families entering bidding wars for exceptional candidates. At Oceanside we place professional & full-time Executive Housekeepers only. Meaning we place individuals who have 5+ years of experience in HNW (high net worth) homes. The hourly price will ultimately be determined by the needs of the home, size of the housekeeping team and the qualifications of our candidates. Because these individuals are in such high-demand, we suggest being ready to hire as soon as we find a match.
Hourly Rate
Agency Fees
To begin our search, we require a $500 engagement fee. We offer several placement options depending on the level of replacement guarantee desired. All Placement Fees are based on the candidate’s gross annual compensation and are subject to a minimum fee of $10,000:
20% Placement Fee — includes a 90-day replacement guarantee
23% Placement Fee — includes a 120-day replacement guarantee
24% Placement Fee — includes a 150-day replacement guarantee
25% Placement Fee — includes a 180-day replacement guarantee
Additional fees may apply for short-term placements or positions in especially high demand at the time of hire.
The Process

No worries!
If for any reason, you decide to stop your search, you have up to one year to re-initiate your search per the conditions of our engagement fee & agreement. There are absolutely no other hidden fees or costs.
Our 90-DAY guarantee
We believe so strongly in our process, we guarantee it. If for whatever reason you’re unhappy with your match, we will offer a replacement within 90 days. We’re in the business of happy homes, guaranteed.
Our ONE-YEAR gurantee
In the event employment ends before one-year, subject to the terms of our agreement, Oceanside staffing will gladly apply a prorated portion of your placement fee towards your next search.
How LONG does it take?
We work around the clock to find the perfect fit for you and your family - but our rigorous process takes time. On average, our matching process typically takes between 2-4 weeks to find your perfect match; however, during our initial consultation, we will always ask about your timing restraints. Should you find yourself in a bind, we can expedite our 2-4 week process for an additional cost.
