Rachael adds a complementary path of her own. She began her career as a nanny and private educator for high-net-worth families, where her master's degree in education shaped her approach. After many years in yachting, she broadened her expertise in service and operations before co-founding Oceanside. Today, she continues to draw on those experiences in guiding placements with care, insight, and attention to detail.

Nick brings more than 20 years of experience in private service, from managing life aboard some of the world's most distinguished super yachts to overseeing one of Harbor Island's most prestigious estates. His background gives him a practical yet thoughtful perspective on what it takes to run a seamless household.

How LONG does it take?
We work around the clock to find the perfect fit for you and your family - but our rigorous process takes time. On average, our matching process typically takes between 2-4 weeks to find your perfect match; however, during our initial consultation, we will always ask about your timing restraints. Should you find yourself in a bind, we can expedite our 2-4 week process for an additional cost.

On average, the hourly rate for full-time nannies can range anywhere between $30-$50/hour.
At Oceanside we place professional & full-time nannies only. Meaning we place nannies who have a college degree and/or 3+ years of experience in HNW (high net worth) homes. The hourly price will ultimately be determined by the needs of the children and the qualifications of our candidates.

To begin our search, we require a $500 engagement fee. We offer several placement options depending on the level of replacement guarantee desired. All Placement Fees are based on the candidate’s gross annual compensation and are subject to a minimum fee of $10,000:
20% Placement Fee — includes a 90-day replacement guarantee
23% Placement Fee — includes a 120-day replacement guarantee
24% Placement Fee — includes a 150-day replacement guarantee
25% Placement Fee — includes a 180-day replacement guarantee
Additional fees may apply for short-term placements or positions in especially high demand at the time of hire.
